Common questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

On your iPhone, go to Settings, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions, then PullOrKeep Premium, then Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Why are my scans capped at 3?

The free tier is 3 lifetime scans. After that you will be prompted to subscribe to PullOrKeep Premium for unlimited scans and photo check-ins.

I think the identification was wrong.

Plant identification is hard. Even botanists disagree. Tap "Wrong species" on the verdict card to let us know. The more feedback we get, the more accurate the model becomes.

How do I delete my account and data?

Email support@pullorkeep.com from the email address on your Apple ID and we will delete your account and associated data within 30 days. You can also delete individual scans and garden plants from inside the app.

Are my photos used to train AI?

No. Photos are sent to our AI image-analysis service to generate your verdict. We do not contribute them to any model training dataset. See the Privacy Policy for full details.
